Tuesday, December 15th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contract open at $2.608, seven cents below Monday’s closing price $2.682. Recording an intraday low of $2.602 as overnight trading saw the contract withdraw, following the previous session’s rally, bulls were quick to provide support and drive prices higher once again. Ascending to an intraday high of $2.700 at 11:20AM, January managed to maintain this momentum to close flat on Tuesday at $2.682.
As of 7:00AM EST this morning in Globex, WTI Crude was unchanged; Natural Gas was down five cents; Heating Oil was down slightly; and Gasoline was up slightly.
