March NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contracts Closed at $2.662 on Tuesday, February 19th

Tuesday, February 19th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contracts open flat at $2.624, from Friday’s closing price of $2.621. At the open, the contract traded lower to the intraday low of $2.621. Within the first hour of trading, price levels climbed to an intraday high of $2.673 before dipping to $2.625 in midday trading. Following the lunch-hour, the contract traded higher up to $2.662 at the close of trading.

This morning in Globex, WTI Crude was down 37 cents; Natural Gas was two cents higher; Heating Oil was lower by eight-tenths of a penny; and Gasoline was down three-tenths of a penny.
