Friday, November 20th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contract open at $2.657, six cents above Thursday’s closing price $2.592. In a relatively quiet day, prices traded within two cents of $2.650 throughout the session, recording an intraday high of $2.668 at 10:30AM and an intraday low of $2.630 at 1:10PM. The December contract closed higher on Friday at $2.650.
As of 8:50AM EST this morning in Globex, WTI Crude was up 43 cents; Natural Gas was up five cents; Heating Oil was up two cents; and Gasoline was up two cents.
