David Glendon is the President & CEO of Sprague Energy Corp. Sprague, based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is the leading independent wholesale energy products distributor in the Northeastern U.S., with over 7 million barrels of capacity at 21 terminals. Since joining Sprague in June 2003, Dave has served as the Senior Vice President of Oil and Materials Handling, focusing on driving the execution of a customer-centric approach across all elements of the business.
Prior to joining Sprague, Dave was a Partner and Global Account Manager at Monitor Group, a global consulting and merchant-banking firm. He was also a founder and Managing Director of Monitor Equity Advisors, Monitor's business which worked with leading private capital providers in evaluating transactions and enhancing the strategic positions of their portfolio investments.
Dave received a Bachelor's degree, cum laude, in Psychology from Williams College, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business

Gary Rinaldi is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Sprague Energy. Since joining Sprague in April 2003, Gary has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer initially focusing on Sprague’s organizational restructuring, the overhaul of the Company’s information and risk systems, as well as the re-engineering of Sprague’s capital structure. Since 2007, Gary has taken on the additional responsibility of managing Sprague’s terminaling operations, truck fleet, and Material Handling business.
Gary is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree, with a concentration in Accounting. Certified (CPA) in 1982.
