Direction to the Portsmouth Corporate Headquarters:

From Manchester • Boston Regional Airport (MHT)

• Start going toward the AIRPORT EXIT on AIRPORT RD
• Continue on BROWN AVE
• Turn Right onto I-293 SOUTH toward SALEM/CONCORD/PORTSMOUTH
• Take the I-93 NORTH Left exit toward PORTSMOUTH/CONCORD
• Take Right fork onto RT-101 EAST toward SEACOAST/PORTSMOUTH
• Take the I-95 exit toward PORTSMOUTH
  • Take I95 North into New Hampshire to Exit 4 (Route 16N)(this is a left Exit)
  • Continue on Route 16 North to Exit 1 (Pease Tradeport)
  • At the bottom of the ramp turn left
  • At the second traffic light turn left onto International Blvd
  • Turn into the first driveway on the right
  • Sprague is on the right
  • Enter via the main entrance near the flags
    

From the North (Maine)

• Take I95 South into New Hampshire to Exit 5 (Route 16N)
• Continue on Route 16 North to Exit 1 (Pease Tradeport)
• At the bottom of the ramp turn left
• At the second traffic light turn left onto International Blvd
• Turn into the first driveway on the right
• Sprague is on the right
• Enter via the main entrance near the flags

From the South (Massachusetts or Rte 101)

• Take I95 North into New Hampshire to Exit 4 (Route 16N)(this is a left Exit)
• Continue on Route 16 North to Exit 1 (Pease Tradeport)
• At the bottom of the ramp turn left
• At the second traffic light turn left onto International Blvd
• Turn into the first driveway on the right
• Sprague is on the right
• Enter via the main entrance near the flags

From the West (Route 16 or 4)

• Continue South into Newington
• Take Exit 1 (Pease Tradeport)
• At the bottom of the ramp turn right
• At the first traffic light turn left onto International Blvd
• Turn into the first driveway on the right
• Sprague is on the right
• Enter via the main entrance near the flags

Direction to the White Plains Office:

From the North (New Haven, CT)

From I-95: 

• Take I-95 South to first NY Exit, I-287 (Port Chester)
• Take 287 West until Exit 9A, 684 North
• Take 684 North to Exit 2, Rte 120, Westchester Airport exit
• Bear right off the exit and go straight at the light
• Get in the left lane and go left at the fork in the road (New King Street)
• 4 New King Street is the last building on the right

From Meritt Parkway (Rt.15): 

• Take Meritt South to Exit 27, Purchase Street.
• Make a right turn off the exit onto Purchase Street.
• Make the first left onto Manhattanville Road and follow to 684 North entrance.  
• Take 684 North to Exit 2, Rte 120 Westchester Airport exit.  
• Bear right off the exit and go straight at the light
• Get in the left lane and go left at the fork in the road (New King Street)
• 4 New King Street is the last building on the right

From Route 84:

• Route 84 West/South to Route 684 South to Exit 2, Rte 120 Westchester Airport exit.
• Make a left off the exit and go straight at the light
• Get in the left lane and go left at the fork in the road (New King Street)
• 4 New King Street is the last building on the right
  

From the South (New York City, NY)

La Guardia Airport via I-95:

• Exit airport following signs to Eastern Long Island and Grand Central Parkway East (toward Long Island).  Follow signs to Whitestone Expressway / Whitestone Bridge.
• Cross Whitestone Bridge and follow signs to I-95 North.  Follow I-95 North to Exit 21 (I-287 West). 
•  From exit ramp, bear left onto I-287.  Take 287 West until Exit 9A, 684 North. 
• Take 684 North to Exit 2, Rte120, Westchester Airport exit.  
• Bear right off the exit and go straight at the light
• Get in the left lane and go left at the fork in the road (New King Street)
• 4 New King Street is the last building on the right

From Boston and the South

• I-95 North to NH Exit 4
• Take Route 16 or 4 (Spaulding Turnpike) to Exit 4 (River Road and Newington Village)
• Left past the Lighting Center store
• Follow road and take second right to the center
• (Depending on usage, you may have to park on the road leading to the center)

From Portland and the North

• I-95 South to NH Exit 5
• Take Route 16 or 4 (Spaulding Turnpike) to Exit 4 (River Road and Newington Village)
• Left past the Lighting Center store
• Follow road and take second right to the center
