Sprague Energy Supplying Bunker Fuels in Portland, Maine

Sprague Energy is proud to include bunker fuel capabilities to our list of services.

The barge will be stationed at our inner berth at Sprague's Portland terminal allowing for shorter lead time requirements and reduced shipping costs.

Sprague will offer IFO 380 / 180 / and MDO meeting ISO 8217 2005 specifications and we are currently offering fuel with a maximum sulfur content of 1.5%.  In addition to offering a low sulfur product, we will be utilizing a double hulled barge to help ensure the highest level of safety for deliveries.

 Volume Capacity: 3,070 metric tons
 Internal: Double hulled, 1 meter between hulls
 Length: 250 ft
 Draft: 15 ft
 Tanks: 12 segregated tanks
 Discharge capacity: 600 MT per hour
 Certifications: ABS class A1 Maltese / Abs load line for oceans route / USCG double hull certificated for oceans route
